About Marketplace Appointments

At the Multicultural Marketplace, DMO-sponsored booths invite international and North American buyers to meet with a DMO rep and three (3) small BIPOC suppliers who represent diverse tour products and experiences. Double booths are based on availability. Our Marketplace provides an opportunity to network and building lasting relationships with Summit attendees. 


Suppliers may bring pop-ups, backdrops and branded table clothes to fit 10x10 booth space. Booths include two chairs, a draped table and identification sign. Electrical and A/V can be purchased through Encore EventNow. Check back in February for the Marketplace Exhibitor Kit.

General Information

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION FEES ($10,000) INCLUDES:


  • One 10x10 Booth - Four (4) Delegates and includes one appointment book with a minimum of 30 appointments
  • Four (4) Full Summit Registrations with access to all networking, meal functions and off-site activities (excluding VIP Day at Salamander)
  • Pre-Summit Small Supplier Prep Trainings
  • Access to Cultural Tours (limited space available)
  • Registration fees are due immediately. Non-payment will result in the forfeiture of reservation.
  • Inclusion in all Summit marketing and press releases.

What to Expect After You Reserve Booth

  • Look for a confirmation email from exhibit@powerofpartnershipsummit.com. You will receive an email confirming your exhibitor registration for the 2023 Power of Partnership Stewardship Summit's Multicultural Marketplace. This email will include your Exhibitor contract, invoice, and options to submit registration payment. *Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
  • Next steps and information on what to expect during the Multicultural Marketplace will be included in confirmation emails.
  • Book your accommodations through the link included in your confirmation email. 
  • Look out for additional information in the coming months. You’ll receive information when it’s time to complete your online profile, select appointments, view buyer profiles, and other steps. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to have a successful show experience! 
  • Make sure your email settings allow messages from emails ending in powerofpartnershipsummit.com.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing on company letterhead or via email to Cultural Heritage Economic Alliance. Requests may be emailed to us at - exhibit@powerofpartnershipsummit.com. 
  • Refunds are not available for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events, or early termination of attendance.
  • For cancellation due to illness of the registrant, please supply a physician's statement to receive a refund. 

  

  • 100% refund: written request received prior to Friday, June 30, 2023 
  • 50% refund: written request received between Saturday, July 1, 2023, and Tuesday, August 15, 2023
  • There are no refunds or requests received after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2023
