Join Us as a Hosted Buyer

Taking place October 15-18, 2023 in Richmond, VA, the Power of Partnership Stewardship Summit (POPS) and Multicultural Marketplace offers a unique Hosted Buyer opportunity for domestic and international tour operators, travel agencies, meeting professionals, and DMCs to meet with top U.S. destinations and select small suppliers of diverse tourism products and services.


This first of its kind multicultural marketplace opportunity will allow buyers scheduled appointments over three days with suppliers that specialize in single and multi-day cultural heritage tours, diverse culinary experiences, adventure & outdoor activities, and cultural attractions found in 30 U.S. destinations exhibiting at the Multicultural Marketplace.


We're giving buyers extended time to meet and get to know up to three (3) first-time suppliers showcased at each destination's booth. Buyers will be introduced to diverse tour products and services unique to each destination, and gain access to trainings and marketing tools to introduce and sell diverse tour products to travelers seeking to experience new attractions, neighborhoods and little known and unknown stories in the United States.


Please take a moment to provide some information for consideration to become a Hosted Buyer. Hosted Buyer refers to an international or domestic buyer who has applied to be a Hosted Buyer and has been accepted by POPS to attend the Summit + Multicultural Marketplace as a buyer or promoter of travel, event products and services. Hosted buyers shall be provided complimentary accommodations, transfers and flights (if needed), and full access to Summit activities.
